New Exhibition of Hell Exists in Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall, its called MTN.
I have been a longstanding customer of MTN and regularly have to go through the loathsome process of upgrading.
In general, I have had very little issues with MTN and their TELEPHONIC service has been great. However, the service at their Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall Branch is the closest relation I've had to James Franco's character in 127 Hours. You wait forever in a queue and when you do get to the front and it's your turn you wait another 30 minutes while the person at the counter has a "quick" chat to their colleague about whatever Vanessa Meintjies has got herself into again on the last episode of 7de Laan. During this time you could quite literally be doing a handstand in a clown costume and juggling 5 ***** with your feet, a windowpane would still get more attention. Once you do finally get to the point where the staff "bless" you with their divided attention its as if they assume you are Doctor Who and time is an extremely relative concept to you. After what feels like wandering the desert with Moses for 40 years you will have completed the necessary documents, and it will undoubtedly get filed somewhere between Timbuktu and the Bermuda Triangle. Then these guys will go darker than a Russian spy after the Cold War. Weeks after not getting any feedback you will attempt to call them and I can guarantee you'll have better luck buying Steve Hofmeyer's number off Gumtree and attempting to reach him. Tom Hanks had better luck trying to get a response out of Wilson in Cast Away.
Quite honestly, this is where Aron Ralston had the right idea, cut off the bad limb and get proper help. Save yourself the time, frustration and regrettable momentary thoughts of ****** you'll experience. Make the drive to the Klerksdorp Branch whose service and response time is extremely better. Kudos to the MTN Motlosana Branch who has been more than helpful.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
