New Customers Cannot Be Treated This Way

I got this damn phone on the 13th (late delivery despite having booked an appointment). To this day, they have phoned ONCE (when I was not available), made me hold for so long when I called them. AND still not activated! I refuse to go ahead with MTN. Hopefully they will call me after this so that I can get them to collect this phone. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AT ALL.
