New contract with rica barred sim

<p>I go a new contract with mtn and decided to use my telkom prepaid sim, Mtn ported my number from telkom and delivered the phone 2 weeks ago. My number has been rica barred since. I have called mtn and been told to go to an mtn shop. i went there on the 16th of Feb and they have not been able to assist. When i call the shop they said ,they can try a sim swap but i have to buy a new sim for R130 ( like really, its not even my fault and you are not sure whether my line will be fixed after that).</p> <p>Terrible service from mtn</p>
