New contract with incorrect accesories

In September I upgraded my contract to samsung galaxy s6 edge + and bundle incl fast wireless charger. Two weeks later I then purchased a new contract for the exact same phone which states on the contract that my phone would come with a fast wireless charger. When I opened the box and compared it to my first charger I could clearly see a difference. It turns out that instead of a fast charger I received a normal one. I then returned to my MTN store that I have done both purchases from. The manager's attitude from the start was no care and clearly said that it is not his store's problem and that we must take it up with Samsung. After some investigation and asking around I located both my contracts to prove to him why he should be the one to change it. So once again I went to that store and was turned away and again sent to Samsung. We went to Menlyn and the kind people at Samsung said that it is a contractual obligation to forfill what was on the contract. Went to MTN store in Menlyn. The sales person that helped us phone Lizette from that MTN store and she promised to look into it. I just want the fast charger as per my contract. It was the only reason I took the new contract.
