New contract taken out....Promised delivery the next day but no delivery was made.

New contract Taken . Phone was not delivered to me. I called MTN, went in to the Store and could not be assisted. This has cost me losses as it was a business phone that I had required because my phone and sim had been ****** therefore I upgraded the next day with MTN Direct. I have to date not recieved the phone. Called in to MTN today to cancel due to their poor service delivery but I was advised that I could not cancel and neither can I be assisted. I require this matter to be resolved asap.
