New contract phone not working

Very much disappointed with MTN, recently got a new contract on line and send it back because was faulty. The phone was returned with the same problem still there. After explaining the problem again I send it in for Assessment and to my surprise they rejected the assessment and send back the phone as it is. If I call I speak to different people all the time and explain the same thing over and over again and the have not called. So frustrating!!
