New contract phone application
Yesterday I went to an MTN store at Empangeni to apply for a new contract mobile phone. I was promised that the turn around time will be 2-24 hours. Now, 26 hours later I'm siting here writing a complaint because I don't know the status of my application is. I went to the store where I did my application but they couldn't answer me, I have called all MTN's customer services help lines but still no body can tell me what the hold up is. Don't make promises you cannot keep and now I have been severely inconvenienced because of that.
