New Contract once off promotional data not loaded

I took out a new contract with MTN on 04/04/2019. The contract included a 20 Gig once off data & 14 Gig entertainment pass. Until today it has not been loaded & the reply from from MTN is that I must be patient. Will you be patient to take my money MTN? I also claimed the Huawei watch which is included in the contract, but there is no reply & no support to assist you. Be careful to fall for promotional adverti*****ts from MTN, they do not deliver on their promise & adverts.
