NEW CONTRACT. NO DELIVERY

I placed a contract with MTN over 2 weeks ago. Was supposed to have my phone delivered in 3-10 working days. Nothing has been delivered. Emailed them numerous times throughout the past week to find out what is going on. Only got contacted today when I threatened to post on Hello Peter. Service is **********!!
