New Contract nightmare

I tried to apply for an MTN contract in store on the 27th of October and was messed around to the point I had to make a formal complaint to the store manager. I was then finally helped but then told that after all my trouble they did not have my phone and I would need to apply online. I therefore submitted my application online and after long waits and rude staff I finally got my contract approved. I received the new phone and sim only to find my sim was not activated and my number not ported. I called customer service and was told the application was not processed correctly. I finally got hold of the sales consultant and after a fight got the activation started. Sadly however 20 minutes after it came on line it was then Rica locked. Now I had supp**** my Rica in store, to the online consultant and the courier. I now cant get hold of anyone to help me. Finally to add insult to injury according to the advert I was to receive 30GB free data and a Simfy africa 3 month subscription both of which I have not received. I am at the point of cancelling the whole thing out of frustration!
