New contract, new phone, but no service
I wrote a week ago to hellopeter as well in connection with this problem, but MTN did not solve the problem yet. My husband got new contract and new cell phone, and they suspended the service as week later. Nobody in MTN seems to know how to correct the problem, because there is no reasing for the suspension. He went to various shops and phoned about 20 different numbers and people in MTN, higher up, but NOBODY knows what to do , In the meantime (now for more than 3 weeks already), my husband has to use my phone and my own contract airttime is almost done!<br> They do not want to cancel the contract, but they cannot find out who caused the problem and they cannot solve the problem. Very inconvenient and a month's money for the contract which he does not have service for. As well as my airtime! They do not even make the trouble to contact him and find out if the problem still persists. They swab his simcard twice and reregisterd him as well, but to no use. MTN IS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED THEMSELVES! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP US.
