New contract for data plan

Iv app**** for a data contract on sunday and i got the excellent service and i got the sms that they received my application and mtn store will call.next day in the morning i got a sms saying my application was approved and i will be called,i waited the whole day for a call and when i went there,the guy told me he hasn't check his mails and he being busy,i had to wait for almost an hour just to get my sim card activated,he left me with a trainer guy and helped another customers while this guy was struggling and i kept on asking him to finish with me,he just came and go,after they tell me they can't actived my sim card,am not happy with the treatment,service, what irritates me is the 1st i went and ask if i could have data contract and he told me to bring document i told i had contract with mtn before and he checked and tell me that am no longer in a system so when i bring my things he tell me i should have brought only my ID as i have information in their system,
