New contract experience
<p>I app**** for a new contract with MTN after being with Cell-C for years. I supp**** all my required documents at 16:00. I was told they would call. One full day later and the application is still underway.</p> <p>I have a perfect credit history earn way more than is neccessary for the contract and in all honesty any network would be happy to have my business. Only it seems MTN takes 1-2 full days to process an application and i can perhaps get my phone on Monday. Your competitors take 2-4 hours for a new contract. Why is MTN so slow and behind the times. There is also no number one can call to query any of this you must "just wait.....". Honestly i think Cell C was better. </p> <p>i </p>
