New contract - disappointed
Took out the August data deal with 40+40gb plus router for R329 p/m. i capped my data to not go over limit, and now see that my bill is at R5248.31 ?!?!?!?! no invoice, no statement received to date? this is per the app. please explain!!

Please be advised that we have changed the delivery method from MMS to email function.
We do not pick up that the billing is for R5248.31 on account A***.
You have only one line added on this contract for cell number ***.
The statement has been sent to you via MMS on your device.
The first invoice billing is prorate charged from the day the contract was activated 2019-08-15 until the close of the invoice date 11-9-2019. The first invoice billing was for R613.94. The next billing will be the normal subscription fee.
Invoice and statement will be resend to you shortly.
