New contract complain.

The last week of March 2024 they called my mom offering her a MTN CONTRACT phone along with a MTN mifi router..she took the offer and all was finalized,they said on the 4th April her router and phone will be delivered.To our suprise only the router was delivered on the said date,same day we called MTN contracts department and we didn't receive any assistance but calls being constantly cut off just after stating our business.

11th April,we reached out to them via Facebook and gave them the details needed to track and they promised to get back to us.till today the 16th April we have heard nothing from them and month end they will be debiting as per the agreement,and what if month ends without the arrival of the phone..
