New Contract

I app**** for a new cellphone contract yesterday and it was approved, I informed the lady that my ID got ****** last week and I still need to apply for a new ID.

She advised that we can provide a copy of the ID and an Affidavit from the police station when they do the delivery.

Today I got a call to arrange delivery and they said I must provide an ID and that contract will be cancelled.

Can I get urgent assistance with this please because this was mentioned when we signed up, but now different information is provided.
