New contract billed but not activated
I am very disappointed in the current service I am receiving from MTN. The 11th of May I took out a new laptop contract. At the Grove Mall. I received a laptop, laptop bag, wireless mouse, modem, voucher for AVG, Ability Office and MyCybercare no 30 gig data. The voucher for Ability office says it is outdated 1st problem. I payed R115.00 for the sim card which was never activated upon receipt 2nd problem. I went back to MTN and the lady that assisted me advised that the sim was loaded as Pay as you go and not contract, Ruth logged a call dated 18th May 2019 reference number #85549. Ruth advised me on the 28th May that the sim was working, which it was not 3rd problem. The 1st of June I went back, Ruth was busy, so another consultant assisted, but advised me that I should log a call for the voucher and sim as they cannot help me, MTN The Grove Mall. The 3rd of June I tried calling the number on the voucher ********** with no luck I tried emailing them suppor*****actsecurity.co.za mail failed. I called MTN 135, Millicent logged a call with reference number: ********** 94, advising that the manager will call me back but will resolve my complaint – to date no call or feedback from anyone. According to MTN system the sim is activated but is still not working. I am dealing a long time with MTN and this is the 1st time I am getting such service, which I do not appreciate. Total debit order for this deal is R219.00, this will not go off as I will cancel it as nothing is working. Please can someone attend my query and resolve it asap. invoice raised for amount of R362.60 with pro rata rates, which I am not happy to pat for a service I am not receiving and on top of it losing out on additional data.
