New contract application outcome for Order Number : ***

I app**** for a new cellphone contract online on the 6th of June 2023. I then received 3 emails from MTN with the last one mentioning that my application was conditionally approved. Sine then, no communication at all. Can I please be made aware whether I am getting a phone from MTN or not ? So that I can make alternative means in the event that MTN cannot assist.
