New Contract application

last week i app**** for an new contract, i was told someone would call me back.Monday 14/03,no on called me,i then called to follow up.i was told to send me documents which i did the next day.i called that same day to make sure someone got my documents,no one did i had to resend it.the Agent Nimita Reddy that was assisting said she would call me back.Wednesday i mailed her to ask what is happening,she said she would call me shortly.till now i still have not heard from her.i had to mail again this morning &still no reply.so why am i having to chase to get a new contract?what kind of service is this?if i had gone to a different service provider i would have had a new phone by now,without me having to chase them.so i now have to use Hello Peter to get someone to action or give me an update. Nimita asked me now again for a contact number,which i gave her already &guess what,she has not called me. Ref for my application #***5.so i wait...
