New Contract Application

Myself and my fionce' went to Mtn Canal Walk to apply for a new contract. Bulani was the agent that helped us. Firstly he was never minded about the application and answering his personal cell phine during the time spent with him. He then told us the application was denied due to her credit score. My fionce' works for a fanacial company which she had told him and it was impossible for her to have bad credit. He said he would dispute the result as long as she emailed him her credit report. She had did this the next day at 11:00 am. I personally went myself that evening. Waited almost a half hour to be helped when there was q free agent available sitting in his nice suit but pretended to be busy on his computer, only to find out Bulani had never processed the application. It's almost a week gone and we are still waiting for a response from him. Here I was willing to spent almost a R1000 per month but clearly they not interested and the funny thing how do you decline someone on a bad credit score when they email you a clearly credit record. Mtn's customer service from there agent are perthetic as they do not care.
