NEW CONTRACT

On the first of July I signed up for an iphone 13 with an agent called Zintle I passed the credit check, I accepted the debit order from my Capitec bank, I even received a copy of my contract and also my delivery information from DSV then I was told by DSV delivery has been cancelled, no communication from MTN at all! I then call in the agent Ryan was unable to tell me why the order was cancelled he just said it's cancelled and gave me another offer. I then see the very same deal he offered me for a cheaper price on the website. I then speaker to another agent because Ryan never calls me back in an hour's time like he said. Her name was Nelisiwe I ask her to fix this error for me and make it the cheaper offer she then gives me a phone number to send my documents to. I do just that however she never replies. I've reviewed multiple messages telling me to accept mandate now at 12:15 AM today I receive a message stating "Unfortunately your credit check has been declined. For more info, please chat to your agent - they'll help you understand your options". I no longer no what to do
