New Contract ****

Got a call from MTN this morning saying I qualify for a new contract. Iphone 16e over 36 months for R599 per month. Went through the process and at the end listend to T&C's and accepted. I asked numerous times if all is in order and I was assured that everything is approved and only for delivery to take place. After the call disconnected I contacted MTN and was told application was cancelled due to system related issues. Please rectify this! I want what was agreed upon and approved.
