New contract

<p>I app**** for a MTN contract with MTN direct and was impressed by their prompt approval as the next day my phone was delivered. However when after using it till the battery exhausted, I charged it till the next day. I was so inlove with my new phone, but it worked for 15 minutes and I had to recharge it again. The phone never went on again. I called the call centre and they assured me they will let me know when the courier will collect the phone. I waited for 3 days and nobody called me. I then called them again, where I was transferred to diffferent departments and eventually when I spoke to someone the agent put down the phone because she had to repeat herself and got frustrated as I couldnt hear her properly. I took the phone back to my nearest branch and they assured me theyll book it in. I called the call centre again after 3 weeks as I was getting worried, only to find out the phone is laying at the branch and it was never sent back! I called again and advised to escalate my query to a manager as its all the effort came from my side. Nobody bothered to keep me informed abou the progress of my query. My debit order also went off on the 25th, yet I dont have a phone... </p>
