New Contract
Hi Went for a new contract was excepted and all, but when I went to fetch my device they told me that my mtn limit is to low and the system shows that I cant effort the device my some hundred and something rand?? Now they have to send an EMAIL to someone to rise my limit before I could get the contract, this after I had to wait 2 hours to get approved. Why do they approve me and the come up with this bull Sh*t. My number is *** please sort this out.

Got of the phone now with Renier from mtn at mall@reds, don't know if I want to stay with mtn anymore. He told me that the guy that help me yesterday is off today! (as they both helped me yesterday) So I asked him because he is of today so no one is doing his work or following up? he couldn't answer me!! Really don't know what to do from here!!
