New Contract

I opened a new Contract with Cell C ,I made an online application and received a message that one of the consultant will call me ,but i ended up calling .A lady assisted me to open a contract and waited until Monday for my application status .I had to call in for the update and everyone who assisted me told me that they will get the sale rep that handled my application to call me ,but she hasn't called .I called from Monday until today ,but nothing from MTN .I've made thousand call to MTN but it seems like they don't care for their customer .I've been with other network provider but I've never had poor service like MTN .<br> May I please have feedback regarding my application or I can go to a different network .
