New contract

When I started to work a year and a half ago I wanted to take over the contract on my name,understandably I did not have a credit record and I was said that I am to big of a risk and need to work at least 6 months then reapply for my contract. Already working 14 months reapp**** and was once again declined as I was a risk for not paying my MRP account on the date required by them and also for paying the account upfront, the reason for this being that I receive my salary on the 26'th of each month depending on what dates the weekends are and MRP requires me to pay on the 25'th, but because of my salary being paid two days later I normally make the payment a few days after I also normally pay more than is required.I cannot see how this makes me a big risk, I'm a 23 year old with a permanent job receiving a salary able to pay the whole contact in one month.I asked the women who helped me if it was possible to escalate the matter she said I should try Cell c or Telkom. I then emailed customer service twice with no reply, I even phoned customer service a few times and they said the will contact me within 24 hours and after a month I am still waiting. Poorest service I have ever witnesed
