New contract

I app**** for a contract on 24th December 2018 at the I store in Clearwater mall and have been told that the contract had beem approved last week however they were waiting for second level verification today I got a call from the I store stating they need to now activate the contract and they will call me today or tomorrow I then called mtn and got a rather shocking response from there call center agent by the name of thembikile ndlovu that nobody can assist me at mtn I then asked to speak to her manager and got a very rude response and was told to hold on which I did for 15 minutes and then my call was cut this is utterly unacceptable and poor customer service and what a way to start 2019
