New cellphone contract

Very poor service. Two days ago i was contacted by mtn for a new contract. I received an sms that my order was created. They said that within a day my bank will contact me for debidorder approval. Till now i was not contacted to say if my application was approved. An order was created without a credit check, so not approved is not an option. My friend was also contacted by mtn and the same day everything was approved an his package is on his way. So why so long to contact me??
