New 5G LTE Nightmares - ***

5G LTE sim and Router was delivered on the 29th of September its still not working 11 days after delivery. I've called the call center many times since day one and went to the local Store three times already for a sim swop only to be told the sim has been refreshed it will work after 24 hours. 2

*******76-48e9-8792-b3fdb33839c3- I was told to insert the sim correctly into the device.
