NEVER WILL I TAKE A MTN CONTACT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MTN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE CUSTOMER FOR i had a contact with mtn for 2 years someone from mtn called me the get a new phone i said no cancel my contract and the person said yes they will make it happen.I got a bill of R760.10 my bill is normaly R655 already i started to worry.this morning i called MTN from 9 o clock and the call was dropped on me i was put through to the wrong team i was put back to the same team i worked for Mweb for 9 years and never have i ever given a client service like that.i finally got through to a lady which helped and explained that the contract was not cancelled and they cant cancel at the end of the day the person that called me had to make sure to do what they had to now i have to pay another month I'm not going to pay MTN a cent they over billed me and now they want to bill me again this is not the first time this happen i had a contact with them before and i will never take another contract with you again thank you for the ladies that helped but for the others u need to upgrade u way of thinking and not passing the buck deal with the call and follow up with the client. long story imnot going to pay you and i want my refund yes its not alot but its mine
