NEVER USE MTN THEY S T E A L YOUR MONEY

Dear Mr CEO MOOLMAN it will be highly appreciated if you can inform you staff to stop harassinge I have cancelled my Contract October 2025 because I know MTN does not apply legal cancellations they always have excuses when it comes to cancellations this was never done as I requested. In January they still Co tongued to deduct Monthly subscriptions I sent them a letter via email on 2 January to say that I will take out the December 2025 payment if they dont cancel the expired Contract. They still try and deduct my money and today a lady phoned me I once again explained to her the above but she chose to throw the phone down in my ear. What a disgrace of staff you have I am willing to pay December but legally went to the mall branch in Jeffreys Bay in October to enquire when my Contract expires and asked that it be cancelled she had a lot of excuses but I insisted they place a cancellation because I do not have a mtn phone or airtime. This was never done now I am being harrasted for the negligence of your staff. I will appreciate your assistance please
