NEVER USE MTN APP TO PAY

NEVER PAY YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE MTN APP!!!! I did, my nightmare starts. 2 times I had to give proop of my payment by bank statement. They launch double debit orders while investigating the matter for days and weeks, leaving my finance in a mess. Not giving feedback, and when I at last reached a helpful person, he confirmed it is the end of the double debit orders. Fool what I am, I believed him. This month they AGAIN launched a debit order while I have a credit. AND have to pay the previous month's accounts which money they took for double payment. And every time I have to pay the banking cost on their mistakes. I am SO fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOO FED UP with the service!!!!!!!!!
