Never use MTN !

MTN has been a nightmare. First they messed up my contract sign up- 6 months later paying monthly and I have not been able to even use the SIM card. I keep getting told to phone a different department. And going into MTN shop itself is a treat.. everyone just look at each other not knowing what to do. Thousand rand a month for nothing. Then I changed bank accounts and they messed that up to.. no debit order has come off my new account and guess what happens with that.. the customer gets a bad credit rating.. so I have phoned and emailed and once again no one knows what went wrong or how to fix it .
