Never upgrate or take out contract at pumza pricedent square there dont now there packages

I'm discusting with MTN PRICEDENT SQUARE there have a lady there with the name pumza working there

I went in on the 29th of July 2022 to do a upgrate i Ask alot of time for Pumza and her colleagues alot of time if i can do data share and there inform me yes definitely so i test it immediately and unfortunately then there call the call center and inform them that that package could do that

So now i strugle to reverse my UPGRATE from 29 July 2022 and no one are help full att the PRICEDENT SQUARE MTN BRANCH

I WILL SUGGEST NO ONE TRUST THERE SALES PERSON MOSTLY PUMZA
