Never upgrate or take a contract out by MTN PRICEDENT SQUARE

I will never ask any one to take out a contract out at pumza at Precident Square i was there to do a upgrate a contract on 29 July 2022 that she is a sales person that dont now het sales information

She promised me that i can do data share on the home data router 1TB and when there activate that contract i could do it as soon as i sign the contract she test it and there call there call center and there say with that contract thete is no DATA SHARE so i respons that she sell the itime with false information

So she inform me that there can do a upgrate reversal and i notice that it has not bean done as yet and im now we're upset regarding this 1st there gift me rong information and now therr dont now how to get it reverse my upgrate
