Never upgrate or take a co tract out by mtn

I have upgrate with my contract on the 29 july exactly a month ago now i got billed for the contract but 1st off all the mtn sales consultant hasent now there word and explain the pack to me correctly and then the manager reques a reversal but im stil waiting
