Never upgrade

Instead i was misled by one Ahmed Paruk from Mtn retentions (ref no ***) and made to believe that if i upgrade i will get 3 months retentions credit into my account in the next week after i upgrade. That amounts to R649 ×3 =R1947 according to the upgrade i did. The same guy even calls to apologize for the month's delay in processing this, and promises the credit will be in my account by Friday 29 April. Until now there is nothing.
