Never trust Mtn contract,bad service,bad delivery. Still on Bureau after 1 and a halfyear

I've settled my cellphone contract for over a year and a couple of months and till today they don't answer me or provide me with a paid up letter or remove my debt from the bureau. I can't get anything because of them which is an inconvenience and bad service. I've called and taken from pillar to post.
