Never trust MTN

MTN is not a company to be trusted. Someone opened a account in my name a few years ago I was told it was resolved and that MTN lawyers would send me a letterer clearing my name. Never received the letter and now someone has opened another account again in my name. Promised to help me out and have never heard from the MTN lawyers again. Customer care just keeps promising me someone will call but nothing.
