NEVER TRUST A MTN MANAGER OR CONSULTANT

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Got a contract for R475 a month XS at Wonderboom Junction asked the consultant Ofentse Bokaba to put my contract on 0 so I don’t get a bill that will surprise me. Never did. First month I received my bill R2000. Went in spoken to Ofentse and the Manager Neil Govender numerous times. They will sort it out month after month nothing just logging a ticket. 1 year later Neil told me Ofentse will pay the R2000 asked for proof and the next day went in not Neil or Ofentse is working there anymore, they have also deleted all the tickets they logged on my account. The new manager says she can’t do anything for me. Single mother that must pay for someone else’s mistake and that is MTN Consultants that is TRAINED AND “TRUSTED” never will I recommend them or anything. The head office is also useless, have sent mails even if I send them proof where myself and Neil have spoken over WhatsApp NO ONE AT MTN CAN HELP ME!
