Never take out insurance with MTN, it is a **** and they will look for reasons not to settle claim

<p>I have got 2 contracts with MTN of which I upgraded 1 and took insurance with it. However, I decided to use one of my other sim cards in the phone. A week ago I suffered damage to the phone and lodged my claim. The claim was rejected as the original sim card was not in my phone. If I had known this condition, I would've rather insured my phone with my Primary insurer. As things stand now I want to take away all my business from MTN. I would urge anyone to stay away from MTN and even more their insurance offering to avoid any disappointment and further loss.</p>
