Never take out a contract with MTN!!

I have been trying to get this service provider to stop billing for a contract that I cancelled two months ago, within the cooling period that they provided me! I was promised last month that I would be credited for the incorrectly billed contract, yet this month I see it is due to be charged again. Dealing with MTN on this matter has been the worst experience in my life. The callcentre agents are not helpful and the MTN stores claim they cannot do anything for my cancellation in store. They do not even deserve this one star it takes to write a review on this platform... two months!! I advise potential customers to be careful and think long and hard before getting a contract with MTN. I have 3 contracts with them now, and none of my dealings have been pleasant.
