NEVER TAKE ANY CONTRACT WITH MTN, THEY ARE ******!

Nonsense of a service provider! I have been trying since October to cancel my free-to-use wifi contract that was ending yesterday (11/11/2025) and as of today I have not been assisted! They keep sending me back and forth, I have called the online department numerous times and went to the Galleria store still was never assisted. I have wasted a lot of my time, phone battery and car fuel just trying to cancel out a contract. NEVER TAKE ANY CONTRACT WITH MTN!
