Never take a contract with MTN

I had a contract with MNT which ended in April 2020, I sent them emails and called them to cancel my contract but we in august and my contract is still not cancelled and there still debiting my account even worse when you call the call Centre nobody knows what doing

My query is still not solved!!!!!!

worse every time there debit my account i have to reverse it and i get charged for these bank charges
