NEVER SIGN WITH MTN - EXPENSIVE AND ***********

I've been ****med into resigning my contract stating that they don't move contracts to prepaid anymore. Once I changed banks, I went in to change my information and they told me it was done. No warning and I get a message stating my account is in arrears because my banking details are wrong. I am in absolute shock that service can be this bad. Summary? Service is shocking. App is terrible. Staff is rude and ***********.
