Never returning messages

I am trying to port to MTN, Vusi has been assisting me. Some weeks ago I did the application and now it has been pending the port from Vusi since last week. Have been trying to contact him, he is always busy and even when I leave messages with the other agents, he never returned my calls. Now I do not like going to hellopeter, but after 3 different requests to call me back and no response, this is unacceptable.
