Never pay when they owe you

28 January 2024 signed up for a Wi-Fi router contract which I never received due to delivery issues. I have been requesting for my money back till this day I haven't received it. Every time I call they say I should send proof of payment of which I do but nothing happens after that... I've called countless times.
