Never knew it was so hard to upgrade

I have for over a week been trying to upgrade my second number I first went to Mall of the South MTN , their systems were down and when they came back they got an error , so I was told call MTN head office Did that and I was contacted once in a week to say they would do the upgrade , I have called several times with absoultely no feedback as to how far this upgrade is ... Maybe after 20 odd years I should cancel all contracts and move to another network provider
