Never Had such Bad Service Stay away

worst customer service ever and none of their agents can fix the problem that funds are showing more than enough yet when i try call it says i do not have enough airtime to make the call then i get told to call their head office and they tell me to hold and then never even take my number or details but i did get told to please hold as they will look into the problem quickly i hung up after 20min. yet when you want to upgrade my contract you know how to dial me in a instant. THESE GUYS ARE MONEY HUNGARY WOLVES
