NEVER GOT STOCK FOR UPGRADES
am have gone to the MTN stores in Welkom Free state for 6months to upgrade my contract and they never have stock! I asked to cancel the contract on 09/04/2015 and was given a *** over the phone from mtn's 808 number and I am still being charged for this contract. this is bad service and robbing me from my hard worked cash. the number I have asked to be canceled is ***. I have also tried to cancel on the [URL Removed] WEBSITE but this site just hangs the whole time when you process it!!!

Thank you for posting.
I do know how frustrating this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there is delays in our customer touch points.
Kindly note this has been escalated to the Retentions team to investigate. They will provide you with feedback.
I hope the above is in order and would once again like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Regards
Jean
